8x200m with 30 seconds rest breaks.
Rugby 7s training for 60 minutes.

Soreness-
Calves/Groins and left bicep when I extend it too much.

Body composition wise I want to lose another 2 inches off my waist by the end of the year, which would have me sitting around 15% bodyfat, which is still shit but a lot better than 30%+ bodyfat that I was 12 months ago.

I didn't end up going to the gym yesterday because my state had a massive power blackout. The transmission poles literally got blown over by the wind so the whole state lost power.

I felt so sorry for you guys over there but had to kind of laugh. Almost apocalypse type conditions. Apparently you're due for more over the next couple of days too.

The weather is still miserable. 100km/h winds and lots of rain but at least we haven't had any more blackouts.

Good news- Woke up and measured my waist and it was 35.5 inches, which is the best it's been since about 30 months ago.

Bad news- AFL Grand Final and I've been getting pissed with my mates. 16 beers so far today and it's only 4pm. I didn't drink for 7 days but when I do I binge drink. Getting sloshed.

I'm the opposite. I won't drink anything if it's just 1 or 2 beers. I ended up just having another beer and crashing out on the couch. That's my drinking done for the week I'm not going to have a drop for the next 2 weeks.

Somewhat surprisingly I actually felt a lot more puffed out after my 2nd rep of 440m compared to my 4th rep.

Soreness-

Calves/Achilles- I could feel my calves were tight a couple of days ago when I was doing my 440m so I guess this isn't surprisng that I've got some soreness/DOMS around the usual suspect area.

Gym-
Stuck at work atm because some fuckwit decided to steal a car and drive 160km/h+ in a 40km roadwork zone and ended up slamming into the back of a car and killing an innocent motorist on the highway I take to work. Police and forensics closed off large parts of the road so traffic was at a standstill. I was stuck for over 2 hours along with thousands of other motorists and now have to make up my time at work.

Anyway I was planning to do 117.5x3x2 with squats but fuck that. Like entropy said it's babyweight so I'm changing the plans and going to hit 120 for a triple instead...when I get out the office, which is feeling like forever!!!
