I think I have a mental issue when I'm benching 2 plates. I posted a video of me benching 110kg for 3 reps a few months ago without a spotter so at that time my max would've been 120+. Yet now I'm struggling just to rep 105x2 >:(

I'm feeling good today. A bit of soreness with calves, but the Achilles are feeling great. Once I knock off work the plan is to squat 122.5kg for 2 sets of triples. I'm going to change up and start doing box squats though to avoid plateauing. I don't really care if my form isn't 100% I just want to get up to squatting 3 plates and finally get a  :personal-record: Whether 3 plates squat is with a box squat or with a regular squat I really don't care.

Edit- Went to an indoor court and played around for an hour. Did about 30 jumps. I was getting dunks on almost every attempt for my first 10 jumps. From jumps 10-20 the percentage dropped down to about 50% and by jumps 20-30 I was just too fatigued and was only getting around 1 in 4.

I tried to sneak into the indoor court but all the courts had organised games going so I drove to an outdoor court. After going to an indoor court yesterday it is a lot better than outdoor courts especially with impact on the knees as I'm an overweight 1 leg jumper.
Shot around and did a few dunks for 30-45 minutes. I wasn't jumping as high as yesterday and most of the dunks were pretty weak.

Yeah all dribbling. I can't lob for shit. I've never been able to land a dunk of a self-lob because I've got unco timing and can't get the run up sorted.

My body had a few niggles today. I had the day off weights and went to a grass track and did a few sprints. Initially I didn't feel like doing anything because I felt 'sluggish' but after stretching a bit and warming up I got into it.

Played touch rugby today for around 1 hour. It was a decent session, but the intensity wasn't very high. I worked up a sweat but there were only a couple of moments where I really felt fatigued. The weather was nice as well, which is always a bonus. Now that it's October it should start heating up going into summer.

I think rugby league pre-season starts in December.

I've been really slack over the past week or so. I haven't had any major commitments just poor work ethic. I'm going to do some box squats tonight and build up some consistency again. I'll treat the last week as a 'deload'.
