Bodyweight- 84.2
I've been slack on my diet lately. Eating a bit too much/drinking too much beer. Need to snap out of these bad habits!!!

Bench-
barx12
60x8
80x5
100x5 my left pec is still strained. I rested for 10 days but I could feel it's not right so I need to just go another couple of weeks without benching.

Pull Ups-
8x2

Chin Ups-
10

every1 drinking so much beer lately.. oktoberfest is real.

as for the pec, maybe do some pushups in a few days.. hit it with some lighter tension first, make sure it can handle it before getting back to the bar. You're doing pullups & such which recruit the pecs so, sounds like you can probably get some lighter rehab work in as long as you don't feel it aggravating. but ya a few weeks off of actual benching sounds like a pretty good idea.

pc!

Yep definitely going to take a couple weeks off benching. The strain is fairly minor so I'll continue on with pullups (I didn't do them today though just squatted).

Box Squat-
60x5
80x5
100x5
117.5x5x2 Nailed this. I'm confident of getting 127.5 for a triple this week now.
110x5

I played pick-up for 4 hours. My legs are stuffed now and in one of the last games I played I got a corky. Jump wise I didn't even bother attempting anything. My legs just felt dead from the sprints/squats yesterday.

Yeah I actually felt good. I did the sprints a couple of hours after I'd done the squats but my legs felt great. No tightness or anything. If I'd done 200m I would've had glute lock, but I haven't attempted a ME 200m for ages.

Bench-
barx12
60x8
80x5
100x3
90x7
90x6 need to get stronger triceps

Chin Ups (6kg)
8x3

when you do an ME 200m, what's your "strategy"?

in my noob state, I just attempt a fast start until about ~30m, run hard until about ~100m, then i'd go all out the last 100m.

I don't have one. I just try and run as fast as I can until I die out. If I've got fitness usually that is around the 160m mark but because of momentum that last 40m is still done in around 5 seconds. For what it's worth I try and do the Maurice Greene style at the start (hold my head down and slowly rise up and am full upright after 13 steps).

Thanks!

My diet was a bit slack today. I had a pub meal for lunch (chicken schnitzel & chips) and than visited my friend at his yiros shop who I haven't seen for a while so he insisted on giving me a free meal. I had a chicken yiros, hot chips and coke. I won't be having lunch tomorrow haha.
