I did the sprints before I went to the gym. Usually I go to the gym and than do sprints so my energy was not 100% for the gym, but the sprints felt faster, which was good.

Pick up basketball-
Played for 4 hours and also did around a dozen one handed dunks. I should have done more dunks at the start when my body was fresh. After playing pick up it's hard to jump at maximum height and being on concrete my left knee was feeling a bit sore.

I'm not sure if it was the 4 hour basketball session or going back to work this week, but I haven't felt much energy to train. I was supposed to train yesterday, but ended up just going straight home after working and watching Netflix (Travelers).

Trained today though.

i felt like that today too.. i forced myself to get something done but i was yawning during the session & hardly pushed myself.

My legs feel fried from the last session but I'm looking forward to training today. I went on the scale today and was 85.5kg. No wonder my squat got higher I'm gettting fat LOL! But seriously I'm getting 1 hand dunks at this bodyweight. If I can get some willpower and lose weight <sub 80kg I should be flying and getting 2 handers. Potential doesn't mean shit until you realise it though. 2017 time to step my game up!

If you wanna crush some 2-handers you should do some of the T0ddday program that I've been doing. You've got the box squat down already. Does your rack have band holders?
