I've also been doing some cardio on the treadmill, which I don't log. However, I'm not going to use the treadmilll anymore as I feel like I've got turf toe on my largest toe on my left foot. I remember this always happens when I use the treadmill I develop foot problems. I'll stick to running on natural surfaces and just have to limit the amount of walking I do until my toe is better.

Luckily I caught it early and rested it over the weekend. It's already feeling better now. Unfortunately I have to wear dress shoes for work so they don't help too much but as long as I'm smart about it and avoid the treadmills it should get better. I used the exercise bike for cardio today instead.

dress shoes should be comfortable, all mine are comfy as hell. i used to have some really uncomfortable ones but then i though, why the hell am i forcing myself to wear shoes that pinch my toes? and i got rid of them.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

The hill had a decent gradient and is about 50m maybe a little longer.

Time to get in shape for summer. I want to look like a fkn boss come January/February.

The plan at this stage is to get to 90x5x3 which I should comfortably achieve next week. After that I'll change up the bench a bit. Barx12, 60x12, 80x4, 92.5x4x3 (work up to 100x4x3) and go from there.
