Soreness- Hamstrings

Gym-

Chin Ups
bwx13 i felt my lats feeling sore after about 7 or 8 reps but thought nothing of it.

Leg Curls
32x10
39x10
46x10 for 2 sets

Standing on toes for 30 seconds with 55kg. 5 sets.

Planks
3 sets of 40 seconds

Deadlifts
70x3
110x3
130x3
150x3
162.5x1 halfway up I just felt my right lat strain but I completed the rep. I stopped after feeling the lat pain. I have full range of motion in my right arm and there is no swelling or bruising but I stopped training straight away. Hopefully it's just a minor strain. However, because the lats are involved with benching and even squatting I'm going to have to stop training for a few days and let it rest. I'm planning just to do cardio. Extremely disappointing to say the least.

Treadmill
Walked for 3.6km @ 5.7km/h speed.

The achilles is slowly improving. I've been slack with the rehab lately and missed my previous physio appointment. With regards to my lat I've just been resting it. I came down with a cold/bronchitis last week, which also hasn't helped get back to the gym.
