reps, I fucking love that movie

I saw this that people posted their connection speeds.

how does mine compare? at Uni, it's super fast. They are an ISP after all, and they plug computers straight in. I'll run test when I go back next fall. This one however is my home wifi network.

Tempo runs
Went to track and did 70% on the straights while walking the curves
15 laps

Oly lift progression - by 5lbs increase
Bar-85lbs x5 hang snatch
95lbs-105 x 5 floor snatch
115-120 x 5 hang clean
125-135 x 5 clean

145 shrug-clean and then a hang-shrug 2x5

ABz

Notes:
trying to lose some Bf%. My numbers are slowly going back to post track season. I suppose i'm progressing fast though because I'm regaining strength instead of gaining.

11.21 is my fastest. Got it at one on one meet so they weren't put online. Coach showed me the official score sheet after meet, but I should have gotten a picture. I didn't even win the race though :uhcomeon: got like 2nd or 3rd. In sectionals of 100m, I got super nervous and ran only an 11.51 FAT that was published online. I had no chance in that race, especially since it was windy and I was out of my league with state contenders. I was really off and on with the 100m, Some days's I would suck and others I felt like I was moving

PR
100m 11.21FAT
200m 22.8 FAT
400m 49.7 FAT <- Fuck this shit, never again

right now i'm probably running lol 12 seconds flat if i'm lucky, don't dare 200 and 400

trying to compete as an amateur in the future. Probably just 60m/100m/200m until I can get good enough times to dare a 400m. I honestly don't want to do it unless a guaranteed  :personal-record:
