thats your whole day gone plus 3.5 hours taken of next day.
thats crazy!

plus 8.5 hours of time difference. so i leave tomorrow at 5 PM and get in friday at 7 AM.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

I just got to Connecticut to start enjoying employment and the wonderful home of my Aunt and Uncles (really, really insanely nice area. Famous people live near and stuff, I'm like a hobo in comparision) but we are traveling next week to Haiti for the entire week. No lifting :/ opprotunity. So I'm going tomorrow to a new gym in small nice town and will go 4 days straight then rest all next week I suppose.

I may two-a-day for the hell of it.  :highfive: me

Notes:

New gym so I had to adjust but everything was there and able to get it done. I missed Mon/tues but kept the same rhythm going.

not sure what happened to the site but I was unable to get in. I checked every other day and today it's up.


I just got back from Haiti and started getting back into it.Upper body yesterday was so bad I don't really want to mention it and I didn't write it down for today.

Squat 155x4x4, 145x2x4,135x2x5, 85x1x10

After getting back from Haiti this had my legs shaking

bent over deadlift 135x4x5

legs were jelly so not worth doing lunges

calf raises 135x2x15

short abz as I was in a hurry by then

chin-ups 1x7 (i felt horrible on this as if I didn't recover so I had to do assisted which I don't count)

Narrow grip bench(incline bc flat was occupied) 95x3x12

Narrow grip row 115x4x5

1 round of ABZ

Notes: getting a bit back into the shape I used to have. No where near the lifting numbers but body starting to feel like it used to.
