Great start. I'm 17 also and just got a 35" RVJ. Let me know if you have any questions. :)

simpler is better. progress with the least-complicated routine possible until you can't anymore. then think about complicating things. stick with 4x5 if you like that, or 3x5, or 3x8, doesn't matter that much. but don't overcomplicate things right now. you'd do yourself a disservice over the long term.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

Have been on the court for an our mostly practiced my weak right hand. Tried to dunk also but my jumping felt really bad. Wasn't able to get of the ground at all :D Hopefully it was just a bad day :p

Just a tip, usually better to do squats/explosive strength work (paused rep squats/etc) BEFORE plyometrics. Helps potentiate jumping results. How many times are you squatting a week vs how many plyometrics sessions?

Plyometrics and squats two times a week. Most of the the time I read that plyometrics should be done before strenght. What are the benefits from doing them before strenght?

You'll jump higher. While that's a good thing, the potentiation effect on your CNS doing them after strength is probably more valuable.

Lol. I wouldn't bother changing things up. Plyometrics before weights works just fine. Brought my own vert up that way.
