Just a tip, usually better to do squats/explosive strength work (paused rep squats/etc) BEFORE plyometrics. Helps potentiate jumping results. How many times are you squatting a week vs how many plyometrics sessions?

shut the fuck up.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

flyingthunder, I don't know wtf Harvey is saying.  Do your explosive/speed work BEFORE your weight room/strength work.  You're doing good already, ignore him.
Goal is to dunk.

Vertical needed to dunk: 40"

Current vertical : 38.5"

I believe you should be doing plyos first followed by weights.

Played pick up ball for 2hours in the morning. I think thats enough plyometric work. Tried some dunks most of them were missing.
Had my strenght routine also

Walking lunges 3x6 20kg per dumbell
Calf raises tried this time with a 22.5kg barbell 2x12 scipt the last set cause my left achillis tendon hurted
Finished workout with core routine
current vertical: 32.5 inches
longterm goal: 35 inches
shortterm goal 120kgx5 squat
squat: 5x105kg
size: 6,1 weight: 77kg
