in the future gonna do like an hour or 30 mins shadowboxing at a time but it was getting late and i have a meeting at work tomorrow for a potential position that can change some things for me in a big way so i didnt wanna stay up much longer even tho i cant sleep now lol(not getting hopes up tho)
