Week 12, Day 1 (UpperB)
Bench Press: 80lb- 9,5,4=18*PR
Cable BB Rows: 42.5lb, 1x20.....50lb, 2x10*PR (crazy PR)
Bicep Curls: 40lb- 9,7,4=20 (the rows make this lower than normal)
DB Side Raise: 12.5lb- 16,9,7=32*PR (15lb from now on)
Lat Pull: 70lb, 2x10
Planks: 45lb, 2x:45
Side Planks: 10lb, 1x:45

crazy workout

I'm gonna try a new, simpler posting format....did max jumps before gym, bad idea
On the bright side, I'm hitting 26-27" consistent everydayish now.

Week 12, Day2 - LowerA
Hang Clean: 45x3, 55x3, 65x3, 70lb-3x3, 75x3
Jump Snatch: 45x3, 55lb-2x3
GHR: 2x6 (needed slight pushes because I used "perfect" form)
Calf Raises: 140lb-2x12
Weighted Planks: 45lb-2x45s

Decent workout, although it was cut short.

I was calculating some stuff, and in this 12 weeks so far, I have:
Bench: +15lb
DB Side Raise: +5lb each side
Weighted Planks: +10lb
Jump Snatch: +25lb
Lunges: +35lb
Calf Raises: +50lb
Push Press: +35lb
Squat: +30lb

That's really good, if you ask me...I have 3/4 of an year left now, and if the numbers keep going like that, I think it will be great, except the benching...that is something I wish I could devote more attention to, any thoughts?

You're not using "perfect" form if you push off on GHR.  :P

You're not using "perfect" form if you push off on GHR.  :P
I'm assuming you're playing lol...I push off because I can only natural GHR with my back bent a little

just need more volume to get the chest/tris to grow.. after you regular bench sets, you could throw in some flat or incline db bench, 5 x 8, 1-1min3sec rest periods.

Pullups: 13,7,5=25*PR
Dips: 8,6,3=17 (HORRIBLE, tried keeping elbows in)
Lat Pull: 70lb, 2x10
DB Bench: 25lb, 5x8 (first time doing this, 27.5lb next time)
Weighted Planks: 45lb, 2x:30 (weak, ate a little before wkt, maybe thats why)
Cable Woodchoppers: 30lb, 3x12ish (good)

that's all, feel really good right now

Protein Intake: ~140g
Soreness: a little on the shoulders

Week 13, Day 2 (Upper B)

Bench Press  80lb: 11,6,5=22*PR
- first time I felt a little of it in my shoulders....I was thinking of the wasted reps, sets, time post  :D

Cable Row  50lb: 3x10*PR
- I swear the handle attachment was 5-10 lbs

Bicep Curls  40lb: 11,5,5=21
- rows aren't helping this number

Incline DB Bench  22.5lb, 4x8 and 1x10 in the last
- going 25lb next time

Lat Pull  70lb, 2x10
- I see people doing this behind the head....I lean back and do it in front
