Weight: 142.9lb
Injuries: swelled/bruised knee, close to recovered
Soreness: pectorials

Lower A (Explosive)
Clean: N/A
- it was crowded and I chose a secluded spot to try cleaning, the trainer said that the school gym has BANNED olympic lifting...smh, no more cleans I guess

Deadlifts: 135x3, 225x3,3,3
- really need to address form on this one, and a huge issue is skinning my shins - ordering sweatpants asap
- right knee started to get aggravated, so stopped workout right here

Weight: 145.0 lb  :personal-record:
Injuries: n/a
Soreness: n/a

Upper A (Bulk Phase)
DB Overhead Press: 50x7, 45x7, 45x5, 45x4
- really weak, concerning how fast I've been dropping (granted my workouts are ridiculously inconsistent)

Paused Lat Pull: 117.5x8, 112.5x8, 112.5x7  :personal-record:
- accidently PR'd lolol

DB Press: 55x10, 55x7, 55x2  :personal-record:
- not happy with the drop off between sets, using a higher weight next time

DB Hammer Curl: 30lb rest paused; 24, 12, 8  :personal-record:
- bang bang, 32.5lb next time.

DB Shoulder Raise: 22.5lb rest paused; 6, 20lb rest paused; 7, 4
- weak, using 20lb next time

Weighted Plank: 45lb; 1:10, 0:50, 1:00
- ooooo, been a while. all mental. gotta hit 1:30 soon

Weight: 145.7lb, with jacket  :personal-record:
Injuries: small right lower ankle tweak, hurt to tiptoe
Soreness: pecs, arms, back (from yesterday)
Fatigue: played basketball like 1.5hrs before, so quite a bit

Lower A (Bulk Phase)
Deadlift: 135x3, 185x5, 205x5, 225x2
- not too hard, but because o some reason that I'm not too sure about , it;s realtively diffucult for me to properly deadlift without scraping the living hell out of my shins. This is the reason why my last set was so weak; otherwise I could easily have hit 5-10 reps...

Box Squat: 135x5, 185x5, 225x5, 255x5, 275x5  :personal-record:
- PR nation is back, enough said...easy sh!t

Seated Leg Curl: 110x10, 110x8  :personal-record:
- difficult, mostly because the pad above my thighs is above my knees in this new machine and can't be adjusted...whatever

Calf Raises: 120x2 (n/a)
- right ankle was hurt so couldn't really do much here

Sidenote: feels so good to be back  :personal-record:

Weight: 144.0 lb (weaaaaaak)
Injuries: n/a
Soreness: pecs, hamstrings

Upper B (Bulk Phase)
Bench Press: 140x9, 140x6, 140x5  :personal-record:
- not really a PR, tied it though, and it was way far back so I'm counting it as one

Paused DB Row: 50x8, 50x8
- paused movement made this one hit the back hard

Plate Front Raises: 35x10, 35x10, 35x10  :personal-record:
- these hit hard too, really like them, gonna use 45lb plates next time

DB Hammer Curls: 32.5lb rest paused; 16, 12  :personal-record:
- rough...real rough, gotta get better at this new weight

Weighted Dips: 45lb rest paused; 10, 5
- bleh

Notes:
- that 11am start time really messed with my energy levels, felt really weird lifting like 1 hour after waking up, def wasn't as pumped as usual
- had a break before the hammer curls, got a call that I needed to answer

Weight: 145.3lb
Soreness: right shoulder been sore and aching for past two days (sleeping), some arms
Injuries: right shoulder ache

Lower B (Bulk Phase)
Squat: 135x3, 185x1, 225x1, 265x1, 300xF (LOL), 225x5, 225x5
- slowly working back the volume for legs, but decided to try a 300lb squat for the hell of it haha

Standing Ham Curls (SL): 50x10, 50x10
- use 60lb next time....really awkward motion because it isn't fully isolating ham, my entire leg moves back a bit (levered at hip)

Standing Calf Raise (Reactive): 120x15, 120x15
- nice and springy...liked it

Notes
- short workout, to the point
- gotta start adding ab work for sure
- Week 1 of bulk is complete, so far no gain in weight, but not worried there, this next week is crucial though.

Awkward...

Been lifting a bit, barely though,  been back in that shit phase with low lifting shit mood and lethargic vaginitis! Gonna give it another try now lol.

Back home for next three days, then flying back to college. First workout back will be either Sunday or Monday.

Not the type to make new journals over and over and over, but I feel like there's too much negativity and shit in this, really looking to start a new chapter in my life and return to bosshog 15 year old me status. So RIP, new journal will be up momentarily.
