it is true some times the dreams we encounter is related to the heavy load placed on our mind about something, what is on our mind stress. also when you get dreams of something then all of a sudden you are somewhere else that is 2 different dreams. it said that we have up to 5 dreams.

i had a dream of being in a game but was based on my real life. counter strike but i was shooting the criminals in my area counter strike i don't know why was a while a go when i was playing the game.

so no idea why the dream.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

the other night i had a dream where my brother was telling me that everyone hates how much i curse. he was screaming at me about it and i just felt so embarrassed, i couldn't say anything. woke up feeling like i should probably curse less. but then i remembered that in real life, my brother curses even more than i do. so fuck that.

i had a weird dream where i found a tree that had roses growing on it, i jumped up, cut some down, gave them to my mom, then i drove my topless caddy into the ghetto armed with automatic weapons, went into some project building, ransacked an apartment for drug money, then got into a shoot out.. then got into a shoot out with cops.. stole a fast car with my accomplice, made a crazy getaway while shooting out cop car tires/shooting the engines out, then drove back to my community.. then ran into family/friends of people i just robbed and they tried to kill me but i got away in another car showering them with bullets, then i got shot like 20 times and woke up.

Dreamt that adarqui was a major star athlete that was recording an ad for a sports company and he did a between the legs and he catched a second ball and dunked that too in the ad.

Then Lance came to my house and I asked him why I can't have my back straight when I deadlift or jump and he said that there's two possibilities: when the core is stronger than the posterior chain you will bend forward, and when the PC is stronger than the core you'll be more on your heels (wtf). Then he started to use the sign language since I was talking in Romanian and he couldn't understand a thing.

Then I started training a guy dressed in red in a camp full of tents, where, here and there - there was track mat. And I told him how to do bounding and he was bending a lot at the knee so I told him to stop.

i was walking around the gwu campus. in the dream, there was a giant statue of the man himself (george washington, that is) in the middle of a little circular plaza surrounded by a half-wall. somehow everyone understood that you had to take a picture of yourself holding a smooth basketball-sized ball next to the statue, in order to compete in some kind of contest. in the dream i understood the rules/point, sadly have forgotten all that now.

i went up one day with a couple of friends to take their picture and the statue was gone! there was a big trash bucket in its place and some other construction material type stuff lying around. we knew this was coming but not so soon. then we looked over and saw a plaque on the wall. the inscription read, "4U5W: Whoever plays music up here while having sex with five girls at once can keep the statue forever." And I immediately knew that I needed that statue and that I could do it, I'd just have to wait until dark and make sure the music I chose was pretty chill. Then I woke up.

Never did get around to the orgy.  :(

I had a whacked dream last night. I was back in high school in year 10 and these 3 year 11 guys pulled a gun on me. Some nerd from my school was about to go to prison and after i tried to hit 1 of these year 11 dudes but i missed and when i hit it was like it was doing nothing not connecting or anything. Than i grabbed 1 of the year 11 dudes and his friends with the gun bailed on him and he was like pleading to me scared or sum shit.

OK, so I was at a street junction and there was this beggar that walked on the street and begged for money... and then he was hit by a cab and got stuck under the car. So the cab driver got out of the car and started you know, to cry and all that, and I asked him how the street is named so I can call the emergency etc.

And while I was doing that, people started to fall out of the sky and hit the ground really hard. And they were falling all over the place. I looked up and there were people in the trees everywhere. So I looked straight up and there were a few right over me so I started to run because they started to fall and were about to break me apart.

One of the wickest nightmares I've ever had.

I had a strange dream the week that just passed.

Me and some other people were messing around in this baseball stadium playing baseball but not properly, i was at the base and i had a can which contained a water like liquid. even though i was the thrower i was standing where a batter would stand. but i was shacking the can towards the batter who was floyd mayweather and he would just try and hit the water that was spilling from the can with the bat while trying to avoid to get wet.

Then i had a grape which i threw at him, which he hit it with his bat and i tried catching it, it slipped passed my hands and i pulled my hands in so it landed on my arm near the elbow and i became so happy i was celebrating that i caught mayweather out.
he was also celebrating with me. don't know why.

weird dream.
