This morning I had possibly the longest dream I've ever had and also remembered, it goes like this:

I was walking on the street towards my building and found 2 red pigeons... I had to catch each one with my left and my right hand and go home with them. But also there was this pigeon I raised that had a hole in his chest from an attack (I don't know what attacked it) so I had to dump these 2 guys in my balcony and catch it again (my pigeon) but it had an even bigger bloody hole in his chest now.

Then Miles (from this forum) came at my house to talk and stuff and it got late so his mom, a read-headed woman in her 30s with round glasses on came home to take him home because he wasn't leaving. His dad came too but he waited at the elevator. My mom was like "hey I can give you something to eat" and his mom was like "no no, we're ok, let's go home Miles".

So they leave but then after 5 minutes the door bell rings and my sister is like "I'm not answering that". So I do and it's Miles, he's like "hey I don't have anything to eat at home... so I came back". So my mom gives him something to eat and then we do some sort of "air skanderberg" where you just pretend you're doing skanderberg on your own (with no partner).

Then we went to a "club" down some very very long stairs (basically, each stair was like 20 feet in length and very short in height) and at the bottom of that staircase there was a karaoke club where you did both air skanderberg and sing at the same time. So I sang a song by Ricchi e Poveri, an old italian band - but the words didn't exist or make sense... there was just a bunch of jibberish. So I looked at my dad like "hey... wtf is this... how am I supposed to sing this" but I did struggled to do it and some parts, especially the chorus, were OK and some words were OK to read and just instantly sing them on the right melody.

But then I left home, leaving my father there, for some reason, but kinda came back afterwards and he wasn't there anymore. So I started looking around for him, going through that club's bathroom over a fence (this was depicted in my dream as a very old commodore-like game).

So I went over the fence and heard my dad crying. He was in this large court with grass on the floor... some kind of a church... I sneaked around to see what he was doing and he was this simple "black man" (you know, something like this: ) with a cat in his hands (same simple structure) while I was the same kind of guy but orange.

And he was crying with his "dead" cat in his hands and then he saw me and he SLAMMED the cat on the pavement saying (in English, of all languages) "YOU LAYER OF BRICKS!". I was like "um..." and then my dad started running and I followed him (not running maximally) and I could see him laugh.

lol, nice  :headbang:
dreams always gives things in different views like in your case black character and old commodore game.
or sometimes cartoon.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm
------------------------------------------------------------------------

Strength comes from the legs, Power comes from the torso and Speed comes from the arm. Al Vermeil
Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

Well I usually prefer Hentai but considering the characters in this dream... commodore seems like the right choice.

Captain obvious to the rescue!

The simplest man drawing is called a stick figure.

And the nike ad hero was the "stickman" :

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRcGOASyY_A" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRcGOASyY_A</a>

:lololol:
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

Nice!
I'm guessing this is a start to longer dreams, as your ability to remember increases when you remember a little then a bit more and so on and so on.
