That's pretty nasty. Why don't you go negative? :highfive:

http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html says 366 lbs max squat. That's 2.33 X BW.

were any of those pr's? just wondering.. perhaps the 4 double leg bounds?

double leg jump looked fine.. single leg bounds need a little more effort to get that combo of max height + max distance, that's more of a speed bound.

Well first off, according to a couple walking by my mom, I'm all muscle and FIT. Go figure.

Secondly, I don't know about the two leg bounds but like in my two leg jumps I feel I'm putting out VERY little power vs. what I'm capable (or I should be capable) of developing. Is like when I jump I transform myself into a guy with a max squat of 80 kg.

And thirdly, it just comes naturally for me to "move" like that in the one-leg bound. Just like in my sprint, I go short and fast for some reason. I would REALLY REALLY love to use a double arm swing in my jumps and bounds, I guess I need to go submaximally for a while to develop a double arm swing jump, although it feels 100% unnatural and "overloady".

that "overload" feeling is where the magic happens with the single leg bounds, its bw coming down and having to be propelled on 1 leg, big difference than traditional 2 legged jumps.  Single leg bounds will also increase strength for most people once they get better at them, but you have to get better at overloading the leg, cant just stay with the sub max short bounds forever if you want to improve the power output.
Relax.

Yeah but it feels like "too much" of an overload. Not sure if it's just technique (maybe my body position is not that great when I double arm swing) or just lack of strength.

did not sleep for about 40 hours straight because of somethings that came up but somehow managed to squat 215 lbs for 2x6, DL 215 for 1x5, and Bench 115 3x8. All of which are  :personal-record: .

That goes beyond my understanding. My body would be filled with lightning strokes through my head if I were to do that.

I could have lifted more if i wasnt dead and that was around hour 33-36. Also i hadn't done much in the ways of physical activity in the past few days.

I won the SportArena Dunk Contest with 1 hand over 3 people, dunk off guy's hand holding the ball at 11"4' (3.45m), Reverse pump over a 6"6' guy, 2 hand over front of the car from someone's hand. I'll hopefully have some footage soon.

sick gj.. it's weird.. sometimes you get crazy surges of energy after staying up for so long, i remember it happening quite a few times.. i used to stay up multiple days when i was into computer programming, looking back it was hell, but, i remember getting surges of energy 30-40 hours in.
