i took a 2 week break, the first week was because it was holy week and gym's closed then i extended my rest because my left knee was really bad, i dunno what it is but there is a pain there and it seems i cant really jump because it wont exert any force....

now everything is fine again, got back in the gym, cutting down my work load in order to finish in 1 hr 30 mins

after the rest i started light then slowly transitioned to heavy but not maxxing out

squats 1x10x125,165,195,225
rdl 4x8x115

superset 1
bench press 3x10x125
db flies 3x10x120

superset 2
chinup 3x8
rope pull down 3x8x80

superset 3
bb curls 3x8x 30
dips 3x8
calf raises 5x20x180

took out hang cleans and lunges in my routine, felt like my knees cant handle those atm, im also thinking of taking them out permanently to cut down on time, i also adjusted my plyo, will post what im doing soon, mostly its box jumps and hurdle jumps and pogos

I doubt your reach is actually 7'9 at 6'0 with a 6'5 wingspan. For reference, my friend is 5'9 with a 5'11 wingspan and has a 7'9 reach in shoes. This is a good thing though since you don't need to get as high a vertical to dunk as you thought lol.

^Nah.
Height includes the head and neck length, so people with the same height and wingspan may have different standing reaches, because their shoulders are at different heights.
Also, wingspan includes how wide your torso is, so people with the same wingspan may have different arms length.
Put this all together and you understand how such 'weird' variations appear.
Having said that, i am 6' with 6'5'' wingspan but my reach is only 7'11'. That is because i have indeed long neck and big head, my torso does not correspond to my height. So tonkits, 6'/6'5'' and only 7'9''? You must have a giraffe neck!!!  :P

oh a lot posted already,
 i measured again,
wingspan (from tip of left middle finger to right middle finger) 6 feet 5 inches
standing reach ( from floor to raised hand middle finger) 7 feet 9 inches

i dont have a giraffe neck or a long head, i just have wide shoulders so my wingspan cant really translate to higher reach, anyway will post new stuff on my new journal, thnx for the warm welcome again :)

@ChrisM
guess so, better at steals ball handling and defense coz of the span i have compared to other same height or lower, though i have to jump higher just to dunk :)
