most tired i've ever been, i think !

been sleeping all day, wrecked.

apparently i have "covid brain" -> some kind of brain fog post covid.. (i'm still testing positive tho)

- 10 sets of dips/pullup variations
- mostly sets of ~10 on dips, and 5-7 on pullups
- lactic acid in my body feels so weird now.. compared to pre-covid. almost don't feel it... it's odd.
