As Adarqui is such a great guy, i'm gonna post my workouts here too :D

19.10.2010-Upper body workout under manic condiitons (I probably have a mild version of Bipolar II disorder)

Warm-up

Incline bench press 10*20 kg 5*40 kg 5*50 kg 8*60 kg 5*60 kg 10*50 kg
Bench press 5*50 kg 4*70 kg 10*50 kg
Incline press @ machine 5*65kg 8*76 kg 10*45 kg
Cable crossovers 5*15 kg 8*30 kg 8*20 kg 3*10*15 kg

Wide grip pull-ups *5
Medium grip pull-up *5
Wide grip chin-ups *5
Close grip chin-ups*5

You see Nightfly, depite your efforts of posting TVS & adarq.org on your t-shirt in a nationally televised event, Andrew would still read your log less if it were on TVS. Such an ungrateful guy!

It means i was sitting at home at the computer and i was planning to go to the gym in 1 hour or so, and then i saw a picture of something that made me go crazy and i just ran to the gym and starting pushing weights :))

btw, you still do photoshop/AE stuff? you had photoshop skills i remember those logos? got any new stuff to show?

Yeah he still does it.

I'm currently learning Maya (all the stuff - modeling, animation, texturing, rendering) and then will learn AE and possibly rotoscoping and stuff like matchmoving (which is great).

Basically you can create a car (I made a Lamborghini Diablo in Maya) and then take a short movie at your place on the street for example, and then overlay the car on the street and making it appear like a real life car in that movie. Just blows your mind.

sick dude! ya i've used maya before.. i just didn't have a 3 button mouse.. but i downloaded maya project files for like some robots, and made them do vertical jumps etc, then rendered to a png sequence, imported to AE, and inserted it onto a basketball court footage haha.. i doubt i'd ever get into modeling, but i definitely would animate existing models for fun, definitely would be cool to play with that stuff.. right now im trying to master the basics of vid editing/film, that's gonna take a while lool.

Then I recommend getting the Video Copilot tutorials (for advanced stuff). Other than that, maybe you want to go with some Lynda basic stuff. You can find a lot (A LOT) of great stuff for whatever it is you're planning for at www.heroturko.com and it's affiliate sites.

I payed an account for hotfile.com by SMS (5$) and downloaded about 50 GB of stuff and put it on DVDs. The account is for 3 days, or 10 days if you pay 10$ if I remember right. Why hotfile.com? Because that's where the uploaders usually put the archive files.
