I don't have boxes for step-ups... My short/mid term goals are 125*5 in squat 160*3 in deadlift 100*5 bench press and 100*5 lunges...

@Djoe I deadlifted 175 last year and @Raptor yes 20 reps were very easy

Why would you do so many reps... I mean, it should be about quality not quantity.

I noticed i had fluid in my left knee, and also it felt numb so i'm on a deload/rest until the weekend. The swelling is gone but i don't want to risk anything, so i'll stay put for now.
Also, since monday i'm fasting for 1& 1/2 month so i can't eat any dairy products, eggs or meat, only vegetables every day and fish a few times per week

should be interesting to see how your strength levels go, vert too.. i know Smooth had some insane PR's (SLRVJ) when fasting.
