I don't know where else to put this, so I made a thread here. List your 2014 goals! Include monthly/quarterly/biannual goals if you want. I'll start.

ian459's 2014 goals

Current status:

Bodyweight: 155
Squat: 245 5x5 (max ~280-290)
Deadlift: 270 1x5 (max should be at least ~300)
Front Squat: 215 1x4 (MSEM)
SVJ: 30''
DSVJ: 31-32''
RVJ: ~35-35.5''

Goals by end of 2014:

Bodyweight: 165-170
Squat: 315 3x5 (max near 360-375 hopefully)
Deadlift: 405x1
Front Squat: 275-295x1
SVJ: 33''-34''
DSVJ: 35''-36''
RVJ: 38'' (hopefully will be able to throw down a weak alley oop by then!)

Forgot most important goal: stay consistent and injury free!

2014 year end? Sky's the limit, no point even conjecturing this far out.

But by beginning of 2nd quarter I want to get these out of the way:
10-15% bodyfat & solid aerobic base (suggest a measurable goal??)
180-190kg backsquat and near >1.9xbw front squat @ 80-85kg bw
34-36" SVJ and  RVJ ~36-38" (2-3 steps)
Goals: Cutting to 6-8% bodyfat

My goal is a squat of 180 kg at 80 kg bodyweight or less with a ~10% bodyfat.

How is everyone going with their goals for 2014?

I'm only 6 months late to the party but figured I might as well put mine down here too.

BW- 95kg (currently 90)
BF- ~10-12% (currently ~16-18)
Squat- 150 x 5
Deadlift- 180 x 5
Front Squat- 130 x 5
OHP- 70 x 5
Full front & side splits- i.e. balls to the floor (martial arts related)

Provided I stay healthy and consistent I see now reason why these goals cannot be reached. I will actually be devastated if, on 31/12/14, I hadn't posted each one of these in my log.

I'm re-assessing. New goal: stop getting injured! Lol

Real goals:
SVJ- 36"
DLRVJ- consistent (key word) 45" off a RL plant, 42" off a LR.
SLRVJ- I don't know...consistent dunks? I don't train enough to really set a goal for them or sprints. Maybe I should.

I spent the better part of 2014 training for basketball. That's over now and I'm trying to get back to where I was around xmas when i was benching 90x5 and 96x3, chinning around 100x5 and squatting 145/160/170 (front squat, backsquat, belted backsquat) before I change up. Bodyweight is now 85kg though, and I intend to stay at or below that until i've reached my old PRs and surpassed them. Don't want to get down to 80kg, im leanish at around 82-83kg, so at most i need to drop 3kg of bodyfat, which is where I want to stay in terms of surplus bodyfat, about a month of dieting max, any more and you start to lose strength and muscle mass imho.
Goals: Cutting to 6-8% bodyfat
