I dunno man...I did kendo for a little bit a few years back. The reflexes and speed of some of those dudes are off the charts. Search kendo and youtube and watch the all-japan finals in highschool or college or just the reg all japan finals if you can find them. I'm gonna say that this is legit. I don't think cutting through a steel pipe is too easy either!
