Any Help Would Be Great

Hey there. i'm looking for a bit of advice. i am a 6 foot 15 year old 75 kg (160lbs) male with my body fat making up around 20-30% of my body weight. i want to lose half of that and then focus on building up my muscle in all areas, but especially my legs, abs, (core belt as well,) and back. My arms are my lowest prioroty at the moment. i would like to know any good workouts, routines, tricks to help me speed along this process. i am a dedicated person but only if i see results. and i want this very badly. For the exercises i do not want to lift heavy weights as i would like to reach my optimal growth. i am willing to use light weights and body weight though. I also have another post similar to this in Nutrition and supplementation so if you have any advice on that as well that would be great.

Thank you for your time.  :D

Up cardio/activity levels (walking/running/cycling/rowing/jump rope etc)/decrease calories/junk.
