well........... this guy is a retard for "remaining anonyous" and hiding his face..

other than that, i do like weighted hill stuff like they are doing, sounds fun and brutal.

Love it ! Wouldnt aparently endurance oriented training like this take away from his speed/power though?

well, i didn't read the entire article, but, going up one of those hills with 60 lb vest, 20 times in 50 minutes, wouldn't really be any type of detrimental endurance work, if you did it EVERY DAY then i imagine you could get pretty stale, but it sounds like they mix it up regarding what they do on the hill so not sure.

detrimental endurance work = lightly loaded, high volume continuous distance work.

It's cool for marketing, add mistery. Mistery adds "supertrainer aura" and that adds money.
