i think for everyone but alexv, the time kind of matched up with their preference for working out (whether morning or evening person)

what i'ms saying is bluegreyhound was the only person here i think who said he was a morning person, and he was the only one besides alexv who goes to sleep early i think he said he goes to bed 10 or 11 pm.  Alexv said about 10:30 pm and he is an evening person, but everybody else besides that inlcuding me are evening and we al go to sleep real late

so my question is; are we morning/evening ppl because of our sleeping schedule/patterns or is it really the circadian rhythm like if i started going to sleep around 9-10 pm for a few months straight would i still be an evening person (bcs that is my circadian rhythm???????
