Hey i was wondering on yalls thoughts about doing gymnastics-esque upperbody excercises for basketball players
-
I am a huge fan of ring work (chins, dips) for upper body strength. And not just for basketballers. A lot of muscles firing to stabilize the body, also good for core strength.
-
i'm a big fan of "gymnastic strength" exercises also.
-
Me too. Its amazing and will help with more than just strength.
-
would i start on working on pushups, dips, and chins/pullups
and then later work into progressing into the gymnastics work
-
Yeah, they have insane core strength.
