Without looking like one of the 7 dwarfs of snow white? You know look like a baby in diapers with a super fat ass. And i don't want to work on any uppers tbh.... I just want to look like an olympic hurdler, because I think that physique is the best for having sick speed/vertical.

But I don't want to look like a dwarf, with a big fat ass if you know what i mean, like the picture i showed.
You know how those people that can squat a lot but they look like a duck
You will be suprised to know that squat is not only a lower body workout, it also works the core for stabilization and such.
I will say what someone on here told me when I was worried about turning into a body builder "It takes long dedicated training and steroids to get a huge body and eating strictly".

STAGE 3: Avoid hypertrophy by lifting high intensity/low rep and submax lifts for bar speed, some isometrics in important athletic positions for 4 months
STAGE 4: 4 months of plyos/sprints
STAGE 5: swag on everyobody by being an ATHLetic BEAEST
