It probably does work. It makes you "think" you are stronger, faster and have more balance. The mind is the most powerful thing in the body.

About 5 studies already and they haven't been able to find any difference.

I heard Shaq is/was also wearing a special mouth piece "designed" (marketing) to make you crush your teeth harder and therefore increasing body strength (through the process of irradiation).
