are videos required to be in these? :D

I was 193lbs when I did the 405 (really 415) squat? Damn. I'm over 10lbs heavier now and do 360x5 (gives an est 415 1RM).
There's no way I'm still at the same squat. Can't be, especially after gaining all this weight. I mean I can dunk two handed now after a heavy squat day, which I couldn't do before.
I remember when I did the 415, I did 330 for 10x3 earlier that week.
330 was about my 6RM which gives a 390 1RM, but I squatted 415 1RM (+25lbs projected max)
360 is now my 5RM which gives me a 415 1RM, so maybe I can do around 430 1RM (+15lbs projected max).
Whatever. Goal is 375x5 by July 1st, or maxing out 440lbs.

Excellent idea nightfly. Ill rename the other one.

YEah, videos required...

I request listing in the absolute squat strength list :-). Big plates (you can see 5 on one side) are 15 kg each, the medium one is 10 kg, the small one is 1.25 kg, bar is standard 20 kg. Makes this 192.5 kg for 5 reps. List me wherever you feel this puts me (I am fine with being listed under 192.5 kg as best squat, since this is actually the best I did on video). Hope video is okay.

Beastly squatting there man!....Exrx predicts that as 217kg.

Thank you :). Not a fan of predicting this stuff with a formula like that though. However, it at least makes sets with different reps somewhat comparable, but I would not give too much about those predictions. If someone gets in here and does 215 kg for a single, that's still more impressive IMO than the set I did today - by far.
-
What calculator are we using? I have a 360x5 video to put up. The one I use puts me at 414 max but ive already done 415 when I was barely getting up 330 for 10x3reps. Calculators used to overestimate me but now they undercut me by more than 20lbs.

hey update my 325 x 5 to 345 x 10 @ 152 :F
nasty squatting by steven-miller
bout to go for 355 x 10 on pin-7 @ 153.. gonna be tough.
-
Extreme squat Steven-Miller. BEAST :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:
-
Steven-Miller GREAT JOB -> straight to the top.
Adarq you only get the first 5 reps. 5 reps is the maximum for the estimate, sorry. Also please don't forget to link to the youtube cause i had to go search for it myself, and i'm lucky i'm subbed to you but if i wasn't...
AND (sorry for all the rules) but post a pic/vid with the weight too, it's not that i don't believe the owner of this site that he's 151 but i can't change the rules for anybody...

360 x 5 = 405
dammit! 1RM calculators are surely underestimating my 1RM... I SUCK at repping out, that's probably why.
At 330 for 10x3 I maxed out 415...
How bout 365x5? I'm about to attempt it in a few hours. I think I'll get it on camera.

I think that's actually a good thing... sucking at repping out should mean you're mostly a fast-twitch guy so...

bump :D
maybe we should change "videos required" to, if no video, asterisk'd. dno, the videos required aspect made this thread more legit, but it's also hard to video certain things if we expand the categories, and not everyone can get "official results" and such.
I personally think expanding it/opening it up more, but asterisk'n no vids/results/data/etc.
