coming soon, will bump when video is up late tonight.. i know someone who knows someone who hacked sickenin vendetta's computer, thanks sn00py, that's how i got this top secret exercise.

Cool stuff.

How about including some adjustable wrist/ankle weights for some of those exercises, mix it up.

i had some other stuff i wanted to film but i was too tired, much better coiling.. will vid those tomorrow maybe.

I tried this and destroyed it first shot... but then I realized I was wearing my hologram bracelet.

Took it off and had no chance.
