Title: Sets per week?

Hello,

I know everyone is different, but would some of the "veteran" members like to share the number of sets per week for a particular body part?

Currently I am at:

18 sets of Legs
12-14 sets of chest
13 sets of back
6 sets bicep
10 sets tricep
9 shoulder sets
3 sets of traps
varied calf/abdominal work

I do not feel overworked and my lifting numbers have actually increased.  However, my vertical has suffered.  I jump/dunk on my off days, but my "dunk stamina" and even height has dropped.  Possibly overtraining?


Stats:
Age: 18
BW: ~170lbs
Height: 6'2"
Vertical (Running 2-foot LR plant): 35" (on the decline though...)
ATG Squat: 225x4
Bench Press: 205x2
