Sprint Reaction Test

Here is a Reaction test to see how fast you can react to the gun.

You just have to press as soon as the gun shot is sound.

When i did it lets just say my reaction was bad.

first it was 0.256s then 0.264s, 0.276s, 0.303s, 0.330s then it stays at this time my best was 0.221 and yet it is too slow, they come up with an excuse are you drunk..  :uhhhfacepalm:.

It says people got 0.18.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

I got 2.02 or something as my lowest time. Think I can get lower if I didn't get bored of the test.

somethings wrong with that. i got .27 on my first attempt, then I got disqualified on my second attempt, and next round I averaged .295

I've measured my auditory reaction time in a lab with real equipment and it's b/w .14-.18 depends on how focused I am. for everyone else it's probs the same.

edit: meaning for eevryone else it's probably also much lower
