Title: Starting to get some sort of soreness/tingling on knee cap

I think it might be some kind of tendonitis.  I have been lifting massive reps every 2-4 days of squat and bs....... at medium to low weights 200> lbs.... perhaps that is causing it?

Do i need to increase the weights and lessen the reps?

what about icing the knee after.... which i really dont want to do bc it is a pain in the ass
