Please post in the same format, so updating will be easier.

Straps are accepted
Belt is accepted

1RM can be calculated from 5 reps or lower with the following calculator:
http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html

Remember vid to prove your claim.

Remember to tape a weight measurement for the relative list. It does not necessarily need to be on the spot, but at least the same day. This is a must for the relative strength list.

don't know if half squat counts, but 325 x 5 half squat @ 154 lb.

relative strength = 2.37 based on 365 half squat 1RM.. if i use a more reasonable 1RM, i'm at 2.25

pC! cool thread.

Ill just make a half squat rank. We know we have plenty of halfsquatters on board.

Vid?

What calculator did you use?

And define halfsquat. How deep? 90 degrees between tibia and femur?

Was just thinking bout this, like every good gym, Adarq NEEDS a recordbook/wall.
Editing post in a minute pce

EDIT

Squat - 2.00 - 158kg @ 79 kg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RGiVdgRyL5I
*projected through exrx I'd say about 1,85 right now realistically, form was off too, do not have tape of weight measurement.

Relative strength list

Squat
LBSS - 1.94 - 145.5/320 @ 75/165 - no video, it was before I had a camera
Damien - 1,76 - 150kg @ 85kg - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=07pQL-bnULc
Flander - 1,52 - 170kg/374lbs @ 112kg/246,4lbs - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ur1360AevCw&feature=mfu_in_order&list=UL

Deadlift
Damien - 2,41 - 200kg @ 83kg http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kok8JLTX-k4
LBSS - 2.17 - 163/360 @ 75/165 - no video

You just gotta believe me. Haven't tested 1RM in I don't know how long, so these are old. Also I'm about 2kg/7lbs heavier now. Once I've gotten strength up a little bit more I'll test again. Next up: 182/400 DL.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

I want video for three reasons.

1. Its cool to be able to see the persons lift
2. Some people are not as honest as you and me
3. I want to make sure that the squat is deep enough, the dl locked out, etc etc.

Im sorry mang, I dont want to be a douche, but I cant just take your word when I require a video from everyone else. I want to put you on the list right away, but I need to treat everybody the same way.

Use a 5RM or so from your training and film it.
