Title: Take creatine for first time for getting explosive?

I've been taking a break from competitive bball league games/pick up because of several injuries i've acquired (hand, groin, and knee)

In the mean time I've been lifting a lot of weights.  I have never taken creatine before.  As my injuries begin to heal and I get back to doing more explosive type training, would i benefit from taking micronized creatine?

Anyone would benefit from creatine. There's no reason not to be taking it.

use micronized creapure. 5g daily in hot coffee. done.

just buy the NOW creatine, itll last you a long ass time for like 10 bucks or something, i think its 600grams.  In the end creatine is just creatine.  Also remember its not like popping Dbol or injecting Test so dont expect magical things to happen
