I've been taking a break from competitive bball league games/pick up because of several injuries i've acquired (hand, groin, and knee)
In the mean time I've been lifting a lot of weights. I have never taken creatine before. As my injuries begin to heal and I get back to doing more explosive type training, would i benefit from taking micronized creatine?

just buy the NOW creatine, itll last you a long ass time for like 10 bucks or something, i think its 600grams. In the end creatine is just creatine. Also remember its not like popping Dbol or injecting Test so dont expect magical things to happen
