The Burn Machine.

Just curious on what everyone thinks of this machine?. I searched and didn't find much on it. It's quite pricey. It's supposed to great for boxing/MMA & core work.

What you reckon? & more importantly can you think of an alternative?.

IDK but it seems cool that you can load it like a barbell, but hold it like a dumbbell.

great for boxing/core work? looks retarded hahahahah

best thing for boxing, is boxing/heavybag.. other exercises include speed bag, jump rope, sprinting/running, mitt work and shadow boxing.

anything else is a waste of time.
