The Attack Dog Chase Method

For sprint speed. This is using a 60m sprint example.

1. Athlete gets set in blocks. There's a fence about 70m from the starting blocks.

2. Handler is holding an attack dog, such as pitbul or german shepherd. The distance between the sprinter & the dog depends on the total length of the sprint. For this example, we'll use 15 yards separation. For a 200m sprint, we might use 30-40 yards separation, etc.

3. At the sound of the gun, the athlete sprints & the dog chases. The goal is for the athlete to outrun the dog and run into the fence, climbing up and avoiding imminent death. If the athlete fails to reach the fence before the dogs gets ahold of him, a mauling will occur.

Save a Life: PR lifting

This is used to break out of stagnation at the elite level, such as for world champion powerlifters or olympic lifters. Our example will use the deadlift, but other lifts can be used, such as squat, bench press, c&j, snatch, etc.

1. Deadlift work is is performed, stopping a set prior to the PR attempt.

2. Deadlifter's family member is brought in, and placed inside a special box, which is fire retardant for up to 60 seconds.

3. Deadlifter is made aware of the situation, that the box will be set ablazed, and he has 60 seconds to lift the bar to complete lockoupt. Only 3 green lights will unlock the bomb proof door & allow his family member to escape. If he does not complete the lift, a PR will not be achieved and a family member will be lost.

4. The clock is ticking, PR time.

This one isn't life or death but there is a huge possibility of getting arrested and tons of people are watching. Extreme adrenaline rush.

Run onto field at professional sporting event (preferably football or soccer for more space) and run from security/dodge players.

Works on: short and long sprints, change of direction, reaction time... daringness and stupidity.

Clothing is optional.

The Super Pool For Olympic divers

This tool is used for olympic diver's, looking to perfect their water entrance and reduce splash. This pool is like no other, since the only way into it is through a 3 by 3 foot hole, surrounded in concrete.

SupraDupraMaximal Depth Drops

Jay Schroeder apparently saw people doing depth drops from 15-25 feet while he was owning russians in powerlifting, during his time in the eastern bloc. Contrary to popular belief, athletes in the USSR do not simply step off the box, instead, they perform a muscle up on a thin bar then drop. This is the only known footage we have from his experience in the great USSR.

Jamaican Overspeed

This is the only known footage of usain bolt as a young child, training using the highly secretive jamaican overspeed technique. Apparently, the young sprinter would be strapped to the car by a harness and tow-rope, at which, after reaching 25-30 mph, the harness is released and maintenance of top speed is attempted.

In the China, failure to bring back the gold medal is considered a failure against the state, god, and the great leader himself, kim jong il (who has nothing to do with China). Pictured here, is an weightlifting coach who failed to deliver during the 2004 olympics.

Leaked picture from a training session, which involved kidnapping the athlete, strapping him to a bench, and then performing EMS with the ARP to selectively recruit the fast twitch fibers of the pectorals, triceps, and anterior deltoids. This was 1-week out from world's for a 50kg male powerlifter. It is said that this athlete gained 150 lb on his bench press in just over 24 hours.

The USSR Roulette Stim Method

This can be used before sprints, depth jumps, squats, etc.

1. Athlete loads a 6 shooter with one bullet.

2. Athlete, under vision deprivation (blind fold), spins chamber a total of 5 times.

3. Athlete places barrel of gun at temple.

4. Athlete pulls trigger.

If the athlete survives:

5. Athlete utilizes light movement drills for 4-6 minutes, such as light shaking of the limbs, to remove spurious tension. It is essential that the athlete rest 4-6 minutes, as this allows for the greatest motor cortex stimulatory tonic effect.

6. Athlete then performs the tonic exercise.

The Dismemberment Method

This technique, mastered in the secretive training halls of ZinZi China, allows an athlete to achieve full sports mastery. In order to fully break the protective barrier provided to us by the CNS, the coaches at ZinZi have come up with what is highly regarded as the most effective shock method known to mankind.

1. Athlete prepares for sports mastery.

2. Coach, athlete, & reconstructive surgeons enter the "zoom room" securely located within the training hall's compound.

3. Athlete performs an as of this time, unknown ritual.

4. Athlete grabs ahold of a specially tempered ginsu knife specially crafted by enslaved Tibetan monks.

5. Athlete, through strength of will of impulse, takes the ginsu and chops off fully, one of his fingers. Here, the athlete is to show no pain, no facial expressions, no deep breathes, and no rise in heart rate. If any of these components are not achieved, then sports mastery did not occur, and must be reschedule for a later date, but next time, using a katana sword used in the execution of Chinese rice farmer's who do not pay taxes.

6. The athlete's finger is immediately reconstructed. Using the time tested techniques, full range of motion, strength, & nerve sensation are recovered.

7. The full capacity of the innate reserves is now able to be realized, through strength of will of impulse.

Do not try this, it is not for you.

ISO EXTREME STIM

This is used to force an athlete to stay in position.

1. Athlete enters the confined chamber.

2. Athlete gets into position, such as pushup iso or squat iso.

3. Once in position, the spikes come out. If athlete drops, they will be impaled by the spike. If athlete rises, they will be impaled by the spike.

4. Spikes are removed via the control room once the magical 5 minutes is achieved.

Scared-Shitless Aerobic/Anaerobic Capacity Training

This can be used to improve anaerobic or aerobic capacity by forcing an athlete to keep sprinting, or they fall to their death.

1. An athlete is dropped via helicopter onto the treadmill

2. The treadmill starts, athlete must maintain or increase speed according to the protocol

3. If athlete doesn't maintain speed as dictated by the treadmill, they will fly off the back and drop over 500 feet. There is nothing to hold on to.

4. If athlete maintains speed according to protocol, helicopter comes and picks the athlete up.

Say your athlete has plateaued at a certain box jump/barrier jump height.

Have a car a couple inches higher drive at your athlete whose escape to the side is blocked.... plateau broken

This is to improve your natural glute ham raise:

- strapped into natural glute ham bench
- hands are handcuffed behind your back
- there's a spike coming out of the floor right off the edge of the glute ham bench
- if you don't control the ECC and bring your self back up, you impale your face right on the spike

level 7.

the racist power stim:
- can be used for sprinting or jumping

dunk example:
- go to a court of your opposing race (if ur white, goto black court, if you're black goto white court)
- warmup, get ready to fly, do max jumps
- take off shirt, have tatted on chest (nazi symbol if white, kill whitey if black)

vert increases ~3-5 inches.

It's crazy because I was thinking yesterday, when I saw you write LEVEL 7, about crazy stuff like this:

Have two walls: one wall behind the athlete and one wall 100m of the athlete ahead. Also walls to the side, so the athlete is running in a cubicle. Now the walls in front and back can raise and lower to block the athlete. Have one hungry/angry bear released 100m behind him. Both walls hit the ground and block whoever is in between them as soon as either the bear or the athlete cross their respective finish lines (for the bear it's the athletes starting line, for the athlete it's a line 100m ahead of that).

So basically, if the athlete finishes first he'll be OK because he'll have two walls in between him and the bear. If the bear finishes first, then the athlete will be trapped in between the two walls with the bear inside that space as well. :D

I was thinking about this because my sister said to me when we were in the mountains that she thought once you see a bear you should run... so I saw LEVEL 7, I thought about all this ^^^ and now I dreamed what I wrote above.

Crazy shit and correlations happening in the brain. Maybe that stupid center (basketball player) was the bear? Whatever.

The Extreme eccentric car push. Athlete drives up a to the top of a steep hill, puts car in neutral, backs down the hill while resisting the overload provided by the several thousand pounds of automobile resistance.  If at any time the athlete fails the car will steamroll him with ease, providing solid motivation to maintain proper form.

I'm cool with that, but I'd use a tank. Much more interesting results.

Excellent, will incorporate this in my next level-7 block.

don't know if it has a delayed stim, doubt it, but we'll see.. the only good thing is that i was playing a song while it happened, so hopefully it built a bridge between that song and level-7.

Try it a few times more if it didn't work this time. Just make sure they use fake bullets and you don't know it.

hahah, same.. what 'fear' can a few mouse traps cause anyway, i salute their attempt but major fail.

if those were 8" serrated ginsu knives pointed straight up, then the video would have been good.

funny story. Yesterday, I was at my neighbor's house who lives about 0.75 miles away from me. One of our other friends who was also there was about to drive home, and i asked him to use his phone for a second while he started the car. I don't know why but I just started sprinting, and everyone was like holy shit.
My friend just pressed the gas and just started chasing me with his car. I swear to god scariest shit of my life. I sprinted 100% i possibly could for .5 a mile straight (up like 2 hills and down 1).

I think i might use this as conditioning before basketball season

Cut You In Half Press:

A barbell with a double sided razor blade bar, in the middle. So, you can just barely touch chest and then press the bar, but if you fail, it will chop your torso in half.

I'll create a new one:

Captain Of Crush NO-SET Gripper STIM

1. A CoC gripper (one level above your current level, ie #1 -> #2, #2 -> #3, #3 -> #4, #4 = done), wired to plastic explosives and a timer.
2. Restrain athlete via ankle chains.
3. Restrain off arm with one hand cuff.
4. Once the gripper is placed into the athlete's dominant hand, start the timer.
5. The only way to stop the timer is to perform a strict, no-set close, verified by 3 judges.
6. Attempts at cheating will be resisted.

Time to PR, literally.

yeah me2. What's the hardest one you've ever closed?

I forget if i've ever gotten the #1 in my right hand.. I've gotten my T (Trainer) and filed down trainer. I don't think i've ever gotten a clean #1 close, especially not a no-set close.

One of my former neighbors was an electrician, could close the #1 easy, first try.. vice grip.
