Simple request, would like to understand the technique for a windmill for an RL planting DL jumper with a dexterous L hand. Is such a thing possible or nah? If you can point me to a video i can mimic that would be amazing.

Dexterous left is an oxymoron :almostascoolasnyancat: :almostascoolasnyancat: :almostascoolasnyancat: :almostascoolasnyancat: :almostascoolasnyancat:

lol .. it doesn't work if you omit the dexterous since most ppl have 2 hands ;P
but i found a video

is this it ..?

I wish i had a better video of that dunk .. but some observations
1. his approach is pretty straight on than mine .. interesting.. i may experiment in taking a smaller approach angle to the vertical
2. is the ball entering the rim on the left side? is that a thing i need to cue myself .. i'll try that
3. ??

I thought you were right handed?

Well there you go.

if i were right handed with an RL plant i'd be doing windmills already .. i think :/

Are you trying to bring the ball back behind you or out to the side? Saw a guy do one out to the side yesterday and you may find that motion easier than completely changing your hip action. Or, if you haven't already tried, do the two handed version and stick to the right hand side with your RL plant.

Neither of those things are come naturally AT all. When I jump with the ball I expect to have it in my left hand in the case of a one hand dunk so i can extend and snap the arm down with the ball. With 2 hands, i want the ball closer to my L side. it's so unnatural to even think of having the ball anywhere on the R of my body. Maybe I just need a lot more vertical though.. idk.
