Feel bad for serena williams, but I think it's time for new stars to come on the scene.

Tomorrow is the wimbledon men's final at 2pm gmt and world cup final at 4pm gmt.
Tennis is definitely going to go longer than 2 hrs.

congrats to kerber  :goodjobbro:
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

i don't feel bad for serena at all! she made it to the final of the biggest tennis tournament less than a year after she nearly died giving birth. she is the queen.

Wimbledon has reached semi finals and yesterday semi final between anderson and isrin or something like that. was an epic match. back and forth.

Longest match in history ever breaks the longest match record to 6hrs 35mins, both have 2 game points last round went to 26 - 24 to anderson. one point anderson fell down and got up and continued the rally with a left hand response and won that rally.
his serve has 80% ace rate.

just epic and nadal and djokovic had to wait lol.

That was a great match but it wasn't even close to the longest ever. No coincidence that it occurred between two monster servebots at Wimbledon.

one of whom also played in the actual longest-ever match!

oh wow 11hrs match. I probably misheard the commentators where they said a record was broken.

But the tennis final, just watched it, I always knew djokovic would win it, he is just a great all rounder, anderson just was not ready for him, he has great serves but struggles during ralies especially by someone who makes him work. anderson also maybe nervous or tired making a lot of errors.

well done djokovic.

6h for women is really nuts.. considering they play best of 3. damn that is crazy. on scale with the 11h men's match.
