Really pulling for an all-Williams final. Probably the last time we'll ever see it! It's unbelievable how long Venus and Serena have dominated the women's game. Others have come and gone but the Williams sisters -- Serena in particular, the goddess that she is -- remain. They've both been pros for more than 20 years! That's fucking insane!

Also I want Federer to win again.
Muscles are nonsensical they have nothing to do with this bullshit.

ya i've been watching too. Hoping for Serena vs Venus as well.. just epic. I expect it from Serena, but not from Venus (at this stage in her career, lots of ups & downs).

Man o man, Federer EPIC come back today vs Cilic.. unreal.. He was DEAD, multiple match points, down two sets.. and then he pulls out a historic come back.

Was hoping Tsonga could beat Murray today.. but he blew it in that first set tie breaker. ;/

ye, I watched the federer match, he was down 2 sets and then he came back to win, man that was some class from federer, he had to adjust his play style and pulled through, also muray vs tsonga that first set, set the tone for the rest of the match, tsonga really pulled everything out of the bag for that last sudden death set and murray pulled through and started winning sets.

Djokovic, i dont think will lose, he just beats everyone, when he puts his mind to it, he just wins, would love to see djokovic lose in the finals  :P, nothing personal.
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up

Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

I was justing going to write that, can't believe i missed this epic match.

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBZ3R_KGeT0" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBZ3R_KGeT0</a>

Sam Querry is a really contender, powerful, but unfortunately he got beaten by milos i think. Now there is more chance of either murray, federrer and other greats to win.

:uhhhfacepalm: Raonic beat federrer. I really wanted to see federer in the final and win wimbledon again for the last time. But raonic deserves it. Murray vs raonic final is going to be interesting.

federer sailed through and so did murray.

Nadal vs Muller, been going on 4hrs, hope nadal gets through. its 2-2 sets and 9-9 games.

EDIT: That 10-9 game save by nadal just amazing the last point to get to 10-10 games wow. Nadal had 0 challenges up to the 12th game, then he got 3, really helps to have challenges. All those points and misses which could have been cancelled.

muller has his wide shot serves, which helps him in the returns. Muller is a robot lol. Nadal is the one trying to survive i feel and muller just finding it easy on his serves.

:( It was just too much for nadal. Epic match and longest match in the tournament.

OMG. Federer vs raonic again in the quarter finals. federer's revenge or raonic's 2nd success.

dude what a match: nadal vs muller!

Man Muller played the match of his life.. I'm shocked how good he looked toward the end of that last set.. Nadal was visibly struggling IMHO, Muller was "coasting", he was in that "zone" for sure.. Everything looked effortless.

Sucks to see Nadal out of it but happy for Muller, what a performance.

Federer will beat Raonic hopefully!

I don't know if you can see the video in the link, but maybe the best rally in the tournament? its from the nadal vs muller match.

lol ye I saw that.

I searched on youtube for that best rally video but they are blocking my country but I downloaded it just to check and this video contains multiple good rallies, but the one I was referring to is the second rally in the video. Just awesome. Hopefully your country is not blocked from watching this.

Reminder: I am referring to the 2nd rally in this video.

LOL, what's up with nadal goofing at this tournament?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/femail/article-4684594/Nadal-makes-ballboy-run-bin-s-it.html

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65P6apXQOkA" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=65P6apXQOkA</a>
Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?
