Coach BellybeerToe,

What is your expert opinion on Dr. Verkhoshansky's work with depth jumps and half squats for athleticism. You are the ultimate authority in terms of training actualy Olympic athletes, so I would like to know your opinion.

Respectfully,

Dr. Robert Emil of Soviet Russia.

It has come to my attention that some people here might be against the Church of Starting Strength.

This is a serious issue and a blasphemy towards what's most sacred to us - and it will be dealt with immediately. We will show no remorse towards these who preach anything else that 3x5 and driving the hips up.

What, hating on what works? I managed to get these people looking like MEN, and strong men for that matter. Seeing your abs is irrelevant in athletics, it just means you're not strong enough. Whenever you can see your abs it means you're nowhere NEAR your potential muscle mass that gives you STRENS to do your athletic feats better (escept for vertical humping - that's genetix).
