Height: ~1,78m
Weight: ~75kg - these are just my estimates.

50m: 5,75s
60m: 6,69s - main
100m: 10,61s
200m: 21,97

Squat: 3x130 - not updated in 2 years. Is more now for sure.

P. snatch: 72½kg - not recent.
Benchpress: 92½ - not recent.


T 400m spec

Height: ~1,90m
Weight: Good question. Hes skinny. So maybe 80-85kg

nice....i don't know if i understand if these are 2 different people though..one is you right? the 60m guy...and the 400m guy is your friend right?


only problem though is that i cannot understand your system of measurements...the cm and kg is messing me up man

pretty fast thought are you guys in college or older? a 10.6 is fast  and the other guy has 11.2 which is also super fast

No, none of these are me. Im a hammerthrower/shotputter.

1kg=2,2lbs
1"=2,54cm

The first guy is the best 60m sprinter in Denmark. Been to the WC and EC.

The second guy is a decent 400m runner here. Not the best, but top 10.

There is no way in hell that 1 in 100 males between 20 and 29 years of age has 2.1% body fat or lower. Contest bodybuilders are at 3-4% when they compete and they can only maintain that for like one day.

yes but can you do 60 mayweather situps, then i'd be impressed :D

what do they look like?? never herd of them...but i have started to arch my back and do sit ups...makes it harder and i feel that it helps my core for squat
