Justin gatlin was part of a japanese style game show and he was told to sprint 100m with a giant propellant fan behind, and small fans at the sides of the lanes along the track.

it shows how much it can help
Warm up drills
   - a walk, b skip quick powerful switch (heel to hams focus), a runs, dribbles small to big to run, straight leg to runs (force, reflex, go up/forward). force to hit the ground before it hits the ground knee/hip is at 90 degrees.
   - acceleration: low heel recovery, shin angle low, drive legs back before hitting the ground and drive thighs/knee forward not up
-------------------------------------------------------------
Measuring reminder:
5 toe to heel steps = 148cm

Arm also aids the legs in driving it down with power - seifullaah73

So, he tries drugs a few times and gets kicked out, now he's trying a drug free approach but finds another way to cheat...
I'm sensing a pattern here..

Man covers 400m in less than 6 seconds - but it doesn't count

Some random dude was part of a japanese style game show and he was told to sprint 400m with a giant horespower dragster under his feet

Target training paces (min/km), calculated from 5K PR 22:49 :
Easy run : 5:48
Tempo run : 4:50
VO2-max run :4:21
Speed form run : 4:02

---

it's the biggest trick in the run game.. go slow to go fast. it doesn't make sense until it smacks you in the face and you're like ....... wtf?

Andrew Degrassi is the one to watch now that Bolt is done. He was the guy I was thinking of that broke Bolt's record with a good gust of wind!

Casual fan alert! Sorry, but if *Andre de Grasse* breaks either of Bolt's records he's not clean IMO. The person to break Bolt's 100m record in particular will need to be designed in a lab Ivan Drago-style.
