this is a great video about Cha'iel vs Krianne:

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxgOEbjuqvI" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pxgOEbjuqvI</a>

Cha'iel looks really hard on herself.. but in a good way. Often you see kids like that, and it's destructive. With her, it seems productive. Looks like she takes L's and turns it into pure fire.

- Avishek

sunday: long very easy run 80+ mins @ 5:40+ (14+ km)

thursday: easy run 60+ mins @ 5:20-5:30 (11+ km), strength/cross-training

- RDL/hypers 2x10-12 or SLRDL 2x10-12/leg
