In all fairness adarqui, you should not be hating on Kelly anymore. I've been working with him for over two years now and have been following Alex's emails since the original TAQ system (which I bought) was out around June 2009. I don't regret buying it cuz I did have the money and there is great information in there about muscle activation for quickness and speed as well as enough mini workouts to last you a while.

The reason I say you should stop hating on Kelly is that as time went on, I realized that Alex was talking about him less and less in his emails. Also, initially the Flying in Four emails were sent by Alex from "Alex & Kelly" but eventually became sent from Alex alone, and a couple of months ago (and I can't find this email but will be able to if I search hard) Alex sent an email saying that TAQ 2.0 was available again but that he would no longer be able to put Flying In Four out on the market and he said something like "I will tell why you in a different email" which of course he never sent. Knowing the type of person Kelly is and never seeing a guru email from him promoting shit like squatflex or things of that sort, I suspect that he saw what being associated with Alex was doing to his rep to a certain extent with legit guys like JackW writing articles on their sites dissing Flying In Four and Kelly's affiliation with Alex which prompted Kelly to end all ties with the guy. Kelly must have had the final say with Flying In Four and told Alex to stop promoting it as he would have to mention Kelly's name when he does. This is all speculation, but since Alex still promotes the TAQ system he must have had as much say as Kelly did when the program was created because he no longer mentions Kelly in his TAQ emails. Kelly had nothing to do with the TAQ 2.0 promotion - I didn't get a single email from him about the issue. I mean ffs, I got emails from Adam Link promoting TAQ 2.0 and didn't get a single one from Kelly about it!

Also, on a separate note about TAQ 2.0, and I promise you I am telling the truth about everything I'm saying even though I don't have the links to back it up (but could find them if challenged), I came across a website a while back which showed a chart with the amount of people visiting the website of the original TAQ system. The numbers were high after the release and steadily decreased and when the number of people visiting the website became very low, withing a couple of days, Alex released TAQ 2.0 which is basically the same shit as the original TAQ system with "priceless useless shitless bonuses" and the numbers for the website went up again. I remember thinking "this guy is reading too much marketing bull shit."

As a final note, Kelly is a top class coach who is no scammer or fraud or anything of that sort. If you saw what I was like in March 2009 and compare it with today, you will not believe it (really, you will not believe it). Kelly Baggett is no scammer and deserves everyone's respect, and "if y'all don like it then yu cen ge ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut."

For what it's worth, I actually finished both TAQ and FIF, and got pretty good gains from both.

TAQ is informative, and got great gains in my agility, quickness, and strengthened my ankles. Before the program, I used to roll my ankles all the time, and now they haven't bothered me since.  FIF was more straight to the point. It's actually the first vert program that I used that actually gave me decent gains, I went from not being able to dunk, to dunking for the first time. I also played basketball 2-3 times a week, so if I took those out, it might of even been better, who knows?

Both programs are not as bad as you guys say imo, sure the marketing might of been too much at times, but that doesn't and shouldn't take away from the content and effectiveness of both programs.
