A Mistake?

Hi all

I Apologize for what i wrote on this post as it was disrespectful, especially towards adarq. So i especially apologise to adarq for disrespecting him.

It was a stupid way of trying to get adarq back.

I should have realized that if someone is not interested in training anymore.

there is nothing else that can be done.

i am sincerely sorry about this.

the calling out thread is only for calling out the cheats and the fake people who claim to help people or people who are just plain dirt bags and i should learn to what i meant to say and think.

i hope you guys and adarq can forgive me for writing this nonsense.

raptor already tried this.

long story short, adarq got bored/burned out with training and got way into coding. go read his journal.

EDIT: i don't mean to sound like a dick. i miss the way things used to be with him around more, too.

I remember raptor's post, but it understood wrong.

This was an attempt to try and get adarq back into training instead of only coding.

I read his journal and don't want to sound rude but the training log has now become place for his programming and testing.
He had a lot of helpful info on training.

That has caused low motivation in the forum, i see a thread saying forum is dying its really the moods are there is no hyping up.

I hope he gets back to being dedicated to training if not.

then i guess we will just have to go on with our training.

Well i guess the good thing is that we still have excellent knowledgeable people on this thread.

In other news, I bumped into the situation and ronnie at seaside yesterday. They looked swole but are both manlets. They were filming something which I guess is a new show with those two. Not sure if I got on camera or not.

Yes i am calling out the guy who is responsible for creating this site to help other in improving athletic performance as well as being dedicated in excelling in his area of sport.

Some people have said Sprinters are born not made, i am here to prove that wrong. I have been training for a few years to see i am not getting any until i learned the correct steps to take and how to proceed and will continue to work hard and train hard.

Where is the guy, who believed in cleaning up the sport.

Where is the guy who wants to clean up the strength and conditioning industry from the misappropriate ideologies they spread to the young minds so they can make a quick buck.

Where is the guy, who was dedicated in training and helping other people aim for their goals.

I am definitely not gifted in the genetics area as well as most of the members on this site and yet we are here to tell the world we can match the best athlete out there with or without a genetic advantage. We cannot give up.

I definitely love computers, which might make me a nerd, but i also like to be creative, active in playing sports. its the creativity which i use in my training and sports, which helps me try to excel.

I hope we can find this guy as motivations are low and people who are looking for help, may decide to go else where and straight into the jaws of the corrupt business men like linkenfagger and other people.

I Sure hope we do find this guy.

Here is one of his videos - If at first you don't succeed amp the F up and try again

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBYlngDcxFY" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QBYlngDcxFY</a>

here are some motivation vids

Just searched through youtube
<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzF468S1Cqc" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wzF468S1Cqc</a>

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ee7hOAy8G8o" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ee7hOAy8G8o</a>

Im not so good with motivation vids.

I hope we can get this site the back the way it was, where adarq who was enthusiastic about training and was also dedicated in helping others excel in their sport and help them in correct training procedures.

i hope this doesn't get taken the wrong way if so i apologize.

Peace.

This is fucking retarded.  Youre pretty new here so let me help you with something, dont be one of those "SUPER FUCKING MOTIVATED EMOTIONAL IM GONNA TAKE THE WORLD OVER" posters.  Those guys never last, and they always end up sucking at life, e stat,  and making up tons of lying ass stories to keep some attention focused on them.

Calling out adarq, since hes not training?  Listen, if youre such a pussy your training depends on what someone else is doing to get you motivated, fucking quit now.   Maybe instead of making stupid call out posts you could thank him, youve gotten some good advice on here many times, a guy that runs a fucking 10.5 gave you a form critique the other day, .... ADARQS THE REASON YOU CAN ASK THOSE QUESTIONS HERE.

Use your head a little man, if you want to make some impact on the forum, start working harder and SHOW everyone.  How much has your squat gone up? Sprint times down?  Make a video of that shit happening, thats how you get people to notice you, those super motivated omg posts lost their impact a long time ago.
Relax.

:uhhhfacepalm: How did you expect it to be taken? You're putting adarq's name in the section devoted to calling out the liars, scumbags and cheats of the physical fitness industry. Not a smart move.

This issue is dead and buried anyway: while I think it'd be great if Adarq was still training because of his amazing achievements and expertise, he's moved on to other pursuits and that's completely up to him, not any one else. Get over it.

I agree. I also think programming and athletic pursuit don't exclude each other out but that's my opinion and what Andrew does or doesn't do is none of my business. So... hey, you have my support in programming man!

I think we should start to respect other people's endeavors more.

Im definitely not trying to be one of those people who say they are gonna take over the world. I know they are just full of air never put any effort and definitely do not want to seek attention. That's not my style.

:o I am not calling out adarq and challenging if him for being a liar like linkenfagger, i am not that type of person this is way out of proportion, man chill out, no need for foul language, everything you have written here is just blown straight out of proportion and is 100% wrong, not what i was intending. I am very appreciative of what adarq has done for me how much he has helped, i cannot thank him enough.

I don't feel the need to make some impact on the forum, just want to help and get help, just would like it the way it was. I also don't need people to notice me. i am not that type of person who thrives off attention i am satisfied with keeping to myself.

Woh, woh woh woh, easy slow down. you are taking this the wrong way. That's not what i meant, yes i agree i am new here, so i don't know the ropes of how to go about things, but i did not call him out in the way you think i am. I thought this was the only way i could get his attention and make him reconsider. I'm not the one to use foul language nor have i ever disrespected anyone in any way and if i had i always apologized.

I also apologized if this gets taken the wrong way.

This was just to try and bring andrew darqui back into training, why would i disrespect him for coding i have supported him for that

I respect everyone who has helped me such as you, you have helped a lot also.

How did what i write get interpreted to what you wrote, you know me, would i do something like that.
no, i respect everyone on this site.

I am sorry this got blown out of proportion, i guess the calling out button is more dangerous then i thought, i was just trying to get his attention, i maybe should have posted it somewhere else.

I am very sorry and apologize sincerely to adarq if it may have upset him in any way.
