So, does it? We're talking lies of some kind of magnitude, such as really lying about your stats, lying about your client's stats, promoting a product using lies, willingly deceiving people, etc.. Not "I jumped 30 inches saturday!" and it was really 28, or lying about when you walked your dog etc.

We're talking just one lie here, not even multiple.. One significant lie indicates their could be further lies, so one lie is enough.

So does that ruin all credibility, even if some information provided by this coach actually is legitimate etc?

Discuss friends!

If their program/coaching was as good as they say it was, they wouldn't need to lie. They could post their own results or results of their athletes. Therefore anyone who lies does not have credibility no matter how good their program is.

In theory it shouldn't take away from the information provided, but in reality it definitely does.

That's why adarq.org has a journal, then there is no lying or fudging number/results

Definitely, as Abraham Lincoln said, "If you once forfeit the confidence of your fellow citizens you can never regain their respect and esteem. It is true that you may fool all the people some time; you can even fool some of the people all the time; but you can't fool all the people all the time".
Lont term:
175klsx2
Jump Snatch 75kls x 1

Short term before Peaking.
130kls x5
