wow, i didn't read all those. how could i have misssed? so apparently this claims feats such as jumping on to cars to chicago, box jumps and mailbox jumping? that's seems like something everyone should put in their journals as a new goal.
Lazy kid. Doesn't take training as extreme/serious as most of adarq.org

I don't want to say too much because I really don't know and I've talked to Jack a handful of times on Facebook and he asked if I'd help him spread the word because I'm on so many different forums for training.  Personally I wouldn't know what to expect out of his program, I was talking with him and he thought his program is better than another program that is really popular and somewhat recently hit the market.
He also is business partners with a guy who used to work for the Mets organization doing either AT or S&C work for them, to add credibility to the program.  I was hoping the program was going to be really good, but I haven't seen it and I don't really know.

Based on what I've seen I would guess it to be garbage.

Classic scammy layout with stupid bonus gifts.

The strength pic.

International dunk champ with <30" vert and he is bragging about this guy. He is about explosive as a turd.

The guy Jack has some hops but he was obviously somewhat gifted. His vert is nice but I don't even think it is 40 just based on the dunk video he has.

... I could be wrong though.

it's pretty obvious, his program is most likely 99% garbage.. it's funny considering your 'note to all trainers/s&c coaches' thread.. but i'm guilty of supporting someone who is a complete douchebag also, so, all we can do is learn from it and realize that, in the world of 'favors', nothing remains pure.. so it's best to just do your thing and only support people who are truly legit, not just supporting 'friends' or people who come to you with that cloak of 'niceness' and 'promises', which is really evil in disguise.

i'm referring to your introduce yourself post on TVS where you promoted his program... you promoted his program/site without proper knowledge of what it actually entails.. again, im not shitting on you, i was duped by maroko when he told me his stupid TAQ shit was a dynamic warmup, i gave him a testimonial, won't ever be able to live that down.. only thing I can do from now on is make sure I don't support people who are selling something, i'll support the person, but not the marketing/program/etc.. because down the line it can turn into a pile of shit and then you're fucked with your name attached to it.

peace

I am going to leaved the marketing aside and would like to comment on the clean picture.

First of all this is called the tommy moffit clean.  It is a variant used to make the atlet supir splosive

you can witness the impeccable form in this video here first around the 42 second mark and then sprinkled throughout the rest of the vid

<a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVdCi0ajoHc" target="_blank">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pVdCi0ajoHc</a>

On to my mini rant:

Why do people selling products include an exercise that they cannot perform properly?

Not only that but why include a lift that 99.9999999999999999997% of people will not be able to learn correctly without a qualified coach?

And then if you cannot perform the lift correctly, you obviously will not be able to coach the lift properly in person let alone over the internet.

Tons of programs include olympic lifts but they are impossible to learn without a set of eyes watching you.  Plain and simple.

I can do cleans, i have coached people to do them properly (my success rate is better than 2x NSCA Strength Coach of the Year Tommy Moffitt) yet I will never place them at the core of any material I put together because I don;t think that they can be coached properly purely from text.

Finally, why use such a garbage picture.  The photo clearly shows, or implies, that he is an unqualified coach.  Now I do not know Mr. Casico and cannot comment on his true coaching ability I can only say that the photo does nothing to establish credibility.
Check out the new look and updates

I know what you mean, I did put his name out there on TVS, and I did on Facebook on a couple of Fan pages/groups, to help him out.  Like I said I've chatted with him a handful of times through Facebook, really didn't know what to expect of a program other than I had seen his vids on Youtube a long while back showing some pretty interesting balance exercises that I threw into my routines at a point.
He says on his Youtube page he has a 38" vert for the record.  He also says that "most guys who say they have over 40" vert don't".
