Oh yeah I remember that. He said that milk should be used in your growing days as an infant, and then ditched. That's the reason, according to him, that you develop milk intolerance (lactose intolerance). So once you're in puberty you should stop drinking milk.

that is completely bullshit, i took 4 class of nutrition class in college, almost minor in it and I can tell you this.  Lactose intolerance is varies from people.  The reason people can be lactose intolerance because the amount of lactase produced by your intestine may not be enough to break down the lactose that contain in milk.  But some people doesn't really have lactese deficiency. To ask people to give up the milks that are excellent source of calcium and protein which also very vital to athlete is utterly bullshit.  At least get yourself tested before giving it up. If you don't have a bloating, diarrhea symptoms, you are probably fine with milk.

i have an irish/french background, pretty much anyone in my family can drink tons of milk.. i've drank a gallon a day for months at a time, felt fine, got really strong but put on fat (just high kcal of course).. right now i drink abotu a half gallon a day.. i don't know what i would do without milk, i feel so much weaker without it.

Wow dude, half gallon means 8 serving per day.  That's a lot of milk you put in there.  You probably get 64g of protein just from the milk itself.  If anything you are more likely addicted to milk. LOL and Yeah milk are as good as Gatorade ob work out drink because it has electrolytes properties as well due to good source of sodium, potassium and magnesium.  The simple carbohydrates to provide easy digest energy and protein to help recovery.  So for people that are lactose intolerance like me, I would recommend lactose free milk like Lactaid.  Milks are just too good to give up.

Powder milk still have lactose in it,  only choice for lactose free milk, like lactaid, lactese tablet like lactaid fast act tablet.  Also don't worry if you have mild symptoms such as gas( who don't). There are degree of severity depends on amount of  the lactese your body produce.

Btw I love how we spin this thread from luke lowery to milk. So to keep it true to this thread. F Luke for ruining people life with nonsense.

So what were the 3 exercises he was suggesting?. Does anyone know?.
